This suite of transportable houses are manufactured off site and delivered via flatbed truck to sites all over Western Australia. The proprietors of our construction company client have both worked in the Nordic regions and share a background in timber framed housing. We were approached to design a range of prefabricated houses to suit Western Australian conditions inspired by timber weekend lake houses typical of the Nordic region. 

These contemporary re-interpretations are appropriate to local conditions and create a point of difference from other transportable solutions. Transportation requirements dictate strict size constraints that are addressed by incorporating skillion roof forms and angled walls to provide generous living spaces.
